GALA AWARDS DINNER

Kelly Hu, Lisa Ling, and John Cho...these are just some of the guests attending the Gala awards banquet this year. We're making our Fifth anniversary a special one. There's a performance by Vienna Teng, and you'll decide winners for our Michelob Light Short Flicks Competition, our Live@5 Reel Short Films competition, and we'll award filmmakers in the following categories dramatic narrative feature, dramatic narrative short, feature documentary, short documentary, experimental, and (new) music video. Our guests dress to impress, so bust out what you've got!

Tickets are $150/person or $1250/table of ten. For information, please contact our Gala Chair, Sheila Abrenica at: sheila@sdaff.org

PANELS & WORKSHOPS

All of the following programs take place at the Brickstone Salon, located inside the Doubletree Mission Valley Hotel.

We're not just showing movies; we also have panels with filmmakers and actors. Hear what they have to say in GUERILLA FILMMAKING: THE COMMANDO FILMS PROJECT , MUSIC VIDEO PANEL (MVP), GETTING REAL WITH REALITY, and HAROLD & KUMAR GO TO SAN DIEGO.

For a descriptions of all the panels, please go to Panel Descriptions
